Kareena Kapoor has officially unveiled Bollywood’s first Walk of the Stars in Mumbai.
The newly-built pedestrianised zone is said to be based on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles.
“I think people should come to actually dance with the stars,” said Kareena. “Some stars that are not here today with us, we can get to dance with them, touch them, feel them and actually realise what they were.”
Kareena Kapoor has said she will get married to Saif Ali Khan by the end of the year.
“I will get married hopefully by the end of this year… because I am busy doing Heroine and I have to finish the film first.
“We are not yet going to announce the date. We are in no such rush, but it will happen this year,” said Kapoor, who was in Delhi to attend the India Today Conclave.
Kareena Kapoor will reportedly film a sex scene with co-star Arjun Rampal in the forthcoming Heroine.
“All I can say is that Kareena is an extremely professional and committed actress,” a source told Mumbai Mirror.
“A suburban five-star will be booked for the sequence, in which Kareena starts off with smoking and drinking and ends up in bed with Rampal.”
The paper claims that there will only be three members of crew assisting director Madhur Bhandarkar for the shoot.
Saif Ali Khan has confirmed that he will marry long-term girlfriend Kareena Kapoor next year.
He told The Times of India: “Kareena and I will definitely get married by early next year.
“We plan to get married in February 2012 after Agent Vinod releases, but if the film’s release gets delayed we will still get married by March. We won’t postpone the marriage beyond that anymore.
“Kareena is a wonderful girl and we are extremely compatible. My family and she have always got along well. We share the same values in life, love each other completely and I want to spend more time with her. I am looking forward to the marriage now.”

It’s been reported that Kareena Kapoor & Saif Ali Khan could be set to postpone their 2012 wedding as Saif’s cricket legend father, Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi, passed away last week.
Saif had earlier said that he would make an official announcement about the wedding date after the release of his movie ‘Agent Vinod’. There were reports that the couple planned to tie the knot in Fenruary 2012, and Saif’s sister Soha had confirmed the same when she said a few weeks ago that she could ‘hardly wait for the wedding next year.”
Now, after the passing away of his dad, the family will supposedly not have any celebrations for the next one year.
This means that Saif and Kareena can only get married towards the end of 2012 or perhaps even in 2013.
It’s been confirmed Kareena Kapoor & Saif Ali Khan are set to marry next year as Saif’s sister Soha let slip the couple’s plans!
“They (Saif and Kareena) have been together for quite some time now and their relationship has grown. I can hardly wait for the wedding next year. There will be a number of functions and I am very excited about what to wear.” Soha said
Kareena Kapoor has admitted her successful acting career is due to luck!
“I have no success mantra. There is no particular calculation or anything of that sort. I just have been lucky with some good films, good directors and good scripts.
“Shah Rukh has given me such a wonderful film and I am looking forward to my next festive release which is Ra.One which I believe, will be one of the biggest hits.”
Kareena was born into a Bollywood dynasty, with her family and especially her sister Karishma already established in the industry.
Sonam Kapoor has denied rumours she’d turn gay to have a shot with Kareena Kapoor!
Sonam told The Times of India: “I was on a spree of giving interviews for Mausam. The TV was switch on, and the promo of Bodyguard was being aired.
“Kareena Kapoor looked beautiful, and I went ‘I wouldn’t mind turning gay for Kareena’. Of course, the media had a field day with that quote.”
When asked whether she is interested in acting in a female version of gay comedy Dostana, Sonam said: “No, not at all! It was me just trying to express that Kareena is good-looking. That’s all.
“There are so many good-looking women. Kareena is one, there is Katrin and Angelina Jolie and I could go on and on.”
