Chopra previously denied having surgery to fix her own nose.
She told the paper: “Cosmetic surgery becomes wrong only when it becomes a disease and you stop loving yourself for what you are. When you start thinking that a surgeon’s knife can make you look better than what god gave you… so it is important to accept who you are.
“I feel somewhere you lose your confidence because of certain things. But if you can make yourself look better to feel better then I don’t think there is anything wrong with [cosmetic surgery].”
Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra plans to release her debut single by the summer, it has been revealed.
The Hindi film star has spent the past few months recording her first album in Los Angeles and New York.
Priyanka has spent most of 2012 dividing her time between filming commitments in India and work on her album.
Chopra has collaborated with Jay Sean on a number of tracks for the release.

Zak Biddu of UKNY Music, who is bringing Guetta to India next month, confirmed: “Yes, David and Priyanka met at the Grammys and they seriously want to work together on something special.
“David’s team has shown genuine interest in working with her post their meeting. In fact, Priyanka has been meeting several people in the music business there and her company is ensuring that the right people listen to her finished songs.”
Chopra has also recorded a with Swedish House Mafia. A source revealed: “Priyanka has provided the vocals on… [a track with Swedish House Mafia]. Now that a major chunk of the album is over, she has to sit down with her producers and decide which ones will make it to the final cut. It’s an interesting coming together of two genres. SHM were quite open to listening to PC’s ideas and letting her be involved in the production process.”
Before Priyanka Chopra hit the Grammy’s last night, she dazzled in a Manish Malhotra white saree at the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival’s premiere of Don 2.

Amitabh Bachchan has criticised actress Priyanka Chopra for retweeting a Rihanna message containing the F-word.
Big B said that retweeting the post had the same effect as using it.

Chopra later issued an apology to Bachchan after he sent her a message slamming the retweet.

Shah Rukh Khan has been linked with Priyanka Chopra and now Shah Rukh has refused to clarify this rumour too, reports say!
Masala.com reported SRK responded to questions from the press about Priyanka Chopra by saying: “Ask the next question. You asked if I would clarify [the rumour]. I said no.”
The 46-year old actor said that he admires Chopra and thinks she will be a pop icon!
Don 2 stars Priyanka Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan have been confirmed as the hosts for the Zee Cine awards 2012, which will be held at the Venetian Macao in Macau on January 21.
